Reiki is a Japanese therapy of deep relaxation, it was founded by Dr Mikao Usui and is used as an alternative therapy for the treatment of Mind, Body and emotional issues. With a Reiki treatment you would stay fully clothed while sat comfortably in a chair on lying on a therapy bed, where the therapy will begin, 1st by deep relaxation and by channeling the Reiki healing, symbols and energy light into you. With Reiki healing you will find yourself slowly relaxing into a deep state of peace and harmony.
Reiki healing will help with any blockages that life can bring through negative emotions.
Once your life force energy is balanced and flowing naturally again you will feel the benefit, you will feel calm and in a place of being able to cope again.
